The lyrics and composition are by meiyo, who has recently gained attention on TikTok.
The arrangement is by Yoko Kanno × Seatbelts. More details will be provided later.

“Kurakura” is an onomatopoeia that represents the sensation of dizziness or the feeling of almost fainting.

Yoko Kanno, who handled the arrangement, is well-known both in Japan and internationally, particularly for her involvement in anime and video game music. Her famous works include Ghost in the Shell wiki and Gundam wiki. Personally, I remember her for the grand orchestral music she created for the historical game series Nobunaga’s Ambition wiki.
Seatbelts is a band led by Yoko Kanno, which has been involved in anime themes like ‘Tank!’ from Cowboy Bebop wiki.
I feel that jazz-like arrangements featuring brass bands are often used in detective, crime, and spy-themed anime. ‘Mixed Nuts,’ which I introduced yesterday, is one such example, as are the songs by Katsuo Ohno for Case Closed wiki. The origin of this style can be traced back to Yuji Ohno’s ‘Theme of Lupin the Third.’
